Well its a start, meeting the media and answering questions in depth is good.
if only he had done this last election cycle rather than literally boxing them and hanging out with doofus like Jordan Peterson or Pleb
It almost feels like PP has be 10 months behind where carney since the beginning.
exactly opposite of where he was with JT

This was a good interview.
I think Pierre would have had much more appeal in the last election outside of his base if he came off more like this (but he may have put off some of that base).
However it was kind of funny when he was asked what his vision of Canada is and how it differentiates from Carney and he just went on to list a bunch of things that Carney is in the process of doing (and then railed against the China deal which is the exact kind of leverage we need that he went on about trying to build. )

Keen to listen to this, but I fear mansbridge will be so focused on “whether his tone has changed” that he’ll miss the forest for the trees. That’s if last week’s episodes of the bridge are any indication.
For example, I doubt he’ll bring up how Poilievre was making up nonsense just last week about that guy “getting fired for saying there’s only two genders” etc. I predict many questions about whether he has listened and learned since last campaign.
