      I assume the trash cans had wheels and the Russians needed more assault vehicles…

      I wonder what they will put in the trash cans. It certainly won’t be trash. Maybe it’s easier than body bags to move cargo 200’s if they’re the type with wheels.

      I was going to say, this would be Russias responsibility to organize trash pickup in its controlled territories then I thought, Ohhh, they must miss home so much they just want it to look the same

      Well pretty much same happened in areas that russia stole from Finland after winter war.
