Weapons exports could be really important for Ukraine. to keep production numbers high and get steady cashflow, even some profits.

Oil and gas prices have gone up a lot as a direct result of recent hostilities from the USA and Israel.
this helps Russia a lot financially.

The best trained or best equipped is up for debate, but I don’t think anybody could argue that Ukraine are the most battle hardened and battle experienced soldiers in Europe and possibly the world right now.
