That water through the trap door is to the tank of water for the house, it does not lead to the ocean, nobody drilled a hole down through the center of bedrock to get to the ocean and then had the water level rise up high enough to where it actually filled the entire hole. The ocean does not work that way.
The dental chair supposedly belongs to his gf who he put through dental school but idk I think it’s kinda sketchy.
Somehow, for me, it’s the underwater hatch that is freaking me out more.

I’m in the dental field, I don’t see the wiring, or water lines for any high speed or low speed dental handpieces. Personally, I think it looks like a set up for creating prosthetic facial pieces/disguises. I wish my mind didn’t go here… but, it could also be a half-assed, dental set up to quick-fix any unsightly dental issues that could devalue the quality of the children he’s was trafficking.
I dunno. All the redacted photos are far eerier in my opinion. Those are all victims. It is horrendous. The escape hatch to the ocean is pretty god damn grim I must say.

They were definitely doing twisted things with that chair. Probably some weird roleplaying fetish shit of taking advantage of patients as a medical provider.
And the trap door is fucking creepy. Even if it doesn’t lead to the ocean do we really put it past him to have thrown someone down there and locked them in?
