Ein 17-jähriger männlicher Schüler einer privaten High School in der Präfektur Osaka, der sich darüber beschwert hat, gemobbt zu werden, hat bei der Sakai-Zweigstelle des Bezirksgerichts Osaka einen Antrag auf eine einstweilige Verfügung gegen die Schule eingereicht und behauptet, es sei ungerecht, dass er Ende März von der Schule verwiesen wurde, während ein unabhängiges Komitee derzeit den Mobbing-Fall untersucht.
Wegen Mobbing konnte die Schülerin seit Mai 2024 nicht mehr zur Schule gehen. Im Dezember desselben Jahres wurde dem Jungen von der Schule mitgeteilt, dass er wegen zu geringer Präsenztage ein Jahr zurückgehalten werde. Im Juli 2025 wurde ihm mitgeteilt, dass er Ende März dieses Jahres von der Schule ausgeschlossen werden würde, und zwar unter Berufung auf eine interne Regelung, die besagt, dass Schüler nicht länger als zwei Jahre in derselben Jahrgangsstufe eingeschrieben bleiben dürfen.
Laut einem Dokument, das der Junge von der Schule erhalten hatte, und einem Interview mit der Privatschulabteilung des Bildungsausschusses der Präfektur Osaka erkannte die Schule die Situation als a an "schwerwiegender Vorfall" im Oktober 2023 und richtete ein aus Rechtsanwälten bestehendes Drittkomitee ein.
Als die Schule sich weigerte, den Schulverweis zurückzuziehen, beantragte der Junge im Dezember 2025 eine einstweilige Verfügung. In einem Dokument, in dem er seine Argumente darlegt, behauptet der Junge, dass er der Schule seit Juni 2024 mehrfach Mobbing gemeldet habe, und zwar "Seine Abwesenheit von der Schule verlängerte sich, weil keine ordnungsgemäße Untersuchung durchgeführt wurde." In einem Dokument der Schule heißt es, dass Anwesenheitstage und Noten erforderlich seien, und zwar "Der Ausschluss sei eine angemessene Maßnahme im Sinne der schulinternen Ordnung gewesen."

So they don’t do anything to stop the bullying but they still punish the boy for not coming? what the fuck is wrong with the school? and it’s a private school too, they’re supposed to have standards

Should name the school so students would know not to attend. This is just terrible. Why is it that the one who is bullied is expelled. Students who bullied him probably are still in the school and may even graduate.
This is a different news but show failure of the Japanese system in protecting victims and instead protecting the perpetrator.
