I personally have consumed 3 days everyday for about 12 yrs and my bloodwork has always been great. So for myself I’ll stick with eating eggs

Completely pointless to do these studies specifically on eggs as if they’re some kind of drug with miraculous effects.Thats why only industry funders fund these studies. We already know what an egg is comprised of. We already know it’s pretty much saturated fat, cholesterol, and protein. We already know plenty about these things and their effect on health. The egg is just the shape in which these nutrients are delivered.
