      I remember Lean On by Major Lazer hitting a Billion and thinking how crazy absurd that was. Now Artists drop Albums and after a year multiple tracks are close to to it

      This is great! Given the size of the pre 2000 bar, it would be nice to see this broken up in some way. Maybe one bar for a decade? How many from the 90s, 80s, 70s etc

      Does this chart take into account the different versions of the same song?

      Because many (if not all) the most famous songs released years ago have many different versions, re-releases, remix… Most times to keep the copyright alive, and some times also to improve the sound quality.

      Maybe few others songs would be in the chart, especially before 2000.

      But it’s quite impressive anyway, especially for the newest songs.
