Is this really a surprise to anyone? Trump said he wants paramount to acquire Warner, so that’s what’s going to happen. The idea these companies have free reign to defy Trump is just straight up naive.
Thus begins the downfall of WBD and Paramount. Paramount are not good faith actors and are attempting a hostile takeover for extremely perverted political reasons.
Think CBS, CBS News downturn, the 60 Minutes and Colbert fiasco, the Amazon Melania movie but on steroids.

Damn. Neither was good, but Netflix was the better option. Not sure how this gets done as Paramount is losing money, and this is a massive anti-trust and monopoly issue. Will take at least a year to complete so a lot can change
