Ballsy. Unless the Taliban cooked up some nukes of their own, that is.

Please explain the background for this?
Is it a cultural exchange? Are these countries pivoting and as such reconsidering their involvment in the relationship?
    Foreign influence much?

launch of large-scale offensive operations along the Durand Line introduces a destabilising volatility vector into an already fragile landscape. this escalation further distresses Pakistan’s precarious sovereign debt profile and threatens the security of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC). geopolitically, this friction may force a strategic recalibration in China and US, impacting regional trade and security.

May both countries oppressive leaders be removed swiftly but endure lengthy traumatic and painful punishment

Skeptical me would bet a tenner that this is a ruse by ISI or Pakistani Army to ensure they stay important and relevant and to get more funds from USA or weapons from China, for solving (cooked up, imaginary) problems. And they might throw some dirt at India while at it, saying India is enabling/conspiring with Taliban or something like that.

Only wild, uninformed, speculation. I do hope they solve it peacefully asap, ordinary people in that area have been thru a lot already.
