Dieser Datensatz besteht aus Daten der Spotify-API zu allen auf Spotify gelisteten Alben der Beatles. Extrahiert im Jahr 2023. Verwendetes Tool – Erstellt mit Python.
I’m confused by the title. It says four, but only three different members are listed in the plot.

If „Only a Northern Song“ is your least popular song… then you’re pretty good at songwriting!

I built a video presentation of the same graph here for anyone who wants to see how it was constructed piece by piece. I added some nice music and a narrative in text about the data.
Funny the worst average has the best song and the best average has the worst song.

I am certain that a T-test on those distributions would show no difference between the four populations, but I am just eyeballing it like a good statistician.

Her Majesty isn’t *that* bad.

I’d have to say „The Best of the Beatles“

I always thought yesterday was their most popular song.

Her Majesty is such a charming little tune. I love that song

Controversial take. People say it’s subjective, but I think Paul wrote more commercially accessible songs but John was the more serious artist.
If you look at most lists of top twenty Beatles songs, according to critics, and who wrote them what you’ll find is that about half of them are either fully or primarily written by John. About 4 are more or less equal collaborations between John and Paul. About 4 are primarily written by Paul and the remaining 2 by George.
An example of this would be the release of hello goodbye and the walrus. Hello goodbye was chosen as the a side but the walrus is the “better” song. It’s deeper, more complex, more serious and almost universally rated higher than hello goodbye.
I always get flamed for saying art is a combo of subjective and objective but it is.
