Im Oblast Sumy wurde der Feuerwehrmann und Retter Pavlo Kolisnyk vom Staatlichen Rettungsdienst der Ukraine von einer russischen FPV-Drohne getötet, die sein Fahrzeug traf, als er nach dem Dienst nach Hause kam. Pavlo arbeitete seit 1997 im Zivilschutzdienst der Ukraine.
