Surprised that the store didn’t hand the man to the police right away.
Unless a crime was reported I’m not sure what the problem is. Unless you want someone dressed as a woman to go into the mens room.
I’ve read about a transgender getting arrested in Japan for using a women’s bathroom but having men’s parts. I don’t know how anybody knew but somebody did, called the police, and the person was arrested.
