He didn’t submit the necessary forms when you have a past and you’re trying to come into Canada. It’s on him and his team.

Silly or not, Canada is a sovereign nation. They make the rules for entry, or lack thereof

How the hell does a team put together a whole concert tour in another country without knowing the procedures for admission?

    4. Can’t argue with a country enforcing border policy and wanting proper documentation.

He has a previous drug conviction for sale of narcotics. I guess just like the United States they’re gonna tighten up their laws within their right who would they want to let in their country. Another professional victim.

“I’ve been advised that it would jeopardize my freedom to try and enter again,”

“I’m a felon who is trying to illegally enter your country. You said no and I don’t accept that”

He tried TWO TIMES to cross the border. So, he ignored the advice given at his first attempt. When the Cdn Border Services officer would have told him he was being denied entry and why.

He was arrogant enough to try again to gain entry at a second border crossing. Whether a solo decision or his team’s decision – to do a second attempt- arrogance all round.

And people are saying, not fair?!

Very fair. More than fair. He could have been taken into custody.

The US doesn’t even recognize or honour our pardon system. And never has. But you think we should let him in?

You know who’s probably really hurting? His support act for the Cdn tour. Who were booked and busy and are now probably without gigs and income. Jake Vaadeland & The Sturgeon River Boys. Give them a listen.

      “Everyone has a past”

*refuses to tell another country what he did*

      Seems awfully suspicious

Soooo Canada will let MAGA white supremacist Jelly Roll into their country,

but won’t let the not-maga, Black, Cajun fella whose only criminal history is WEED in. That’s fucking lame.

Sure, everybody’s got a past. Not everybody has a felony conviction, though.

If you bought a ticket to any of these shows, you’re a traitor to your country. Why are you enriching americans when they’re putting Canadians out of work?

Seems like everyone has a past but only the whites should be forgiven for it 🙄
