    1. Betraying your constituents sure does have its perks.

      Edit:

As per usual, this comment hit a -10 flip in a fraction of a second.

Liberals have a clear social media strategy and brigade votes.

Edit: And climbed back up to 0, and then hit another -10 drop in a fraction of a second.

      It’s not organic, folks.

      > as well as New Brunswick Premier Susan Holt and Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe [for the India portion]

Good to see Premiers from different stripes and different parts of the country going along

No one wants to be affiliated with a party that has absolutely no plan for the future. Are the majority of his constituents up in arms about this, no. Why? Because Carney has a plan and is executing that plan.

The only party betraying constituents is the party that has no plan, weak leader and questionable representation in 2026. Aka. The Conservative Party of Canada.

      🤷‍♂️

    4. Last election I believe we needed a majority for either party. When there’s uncertainty in the US and arguably the world, we need to come across as stable, focused, and decisive.

That said, I don’t believe in floor crossing and at the very least, it should re-trigger a by-election in that respective riding.

This could definitely help during negotiations. With other Opposition members looking at the grass on the other side of the fence, I mean.

The guy was going to resign because he thought Poilievre wasn’t up to this historical moment. Then, he heard Carney’s speech at Davos and decided that Carney had a vision for Canada that he shared and want to contribute to.

      Simple as that.

You just know there was a „why are you still with that loser when we could be traveling the world together babe“ convo at some point. Bit of a sugar daddy situation going on here.

Good thing there was absolutely 0 insensitive for him to cross the floor….

    9. Let’s hope that Carney remembers how embarrassing it was to see Justin Trudeau dressed in (Bollywood) Indian costume and does not make the same mistake.

Apparently, Trudeau had watched a lot of Indian movies with songs and dance. It was a national embarrassment. Somehow. I can’t unsee that. 🥲.

Does anyone carry a memory eraser that I can borrow?

Isn’t this kind of a spit in the face of all Carney’s other MP’s?

Betrays constituents, gets taxpayer funded trip around the world. Fascinating.
