      Couldn’t RTFA behind the paywall, so this could be way off base….

      Can we add Doug Ford to the list of people who don’t understand how tariffs work? Unless he’s been importing things to the US, which would be a totally bizarre thing for a premiere to be doing…

      foreign trade is eminently a federal government concern.

      healthcare, education, roads, on the other hand, are eminently provincial government concerns.

      i’d love to have a premier that tries to do his actual job rather than wasting anyone’s time with tales about whatever it is ‚he‘ wishes.

      Maybe Doug should shut his mouth.
      Every time he does or say something publicly about Trump, it’s all of Canada that is impacted.

      We haven’t paid any money from Trump’s tariffs, it’s Americans who did.
