Nice! I hope UPS sues as well (or joins this suit). I have a tariff bill from UPS for $22 that I have no intention of paying.

  2. What tariffs did a shipping company pay? Did they pay tariffs on behalf of their customers?

  3. Does this mean my wife can request a ~$30 refund from FedEx since she literally just paid a customs/tariffs related invoice from Fedex just last week?

  4. Are they actually going to give it back to consumers plus all their BS „processing fees“.

  5. I def paid an ‚import fee‘ to/via UPS to get my new musical instrument released from us customs. UPS didnt pay shit.

[Didn’t a lot of companies already pay Cantor Fitzgerald to cover their tafiffs? Was FedEX one?](https://www.rawstory.com/family-of-top-trump-official-stands/) I just assumed Lutnick’s kids get their cut of the tariff tax money before most corporations, then some of the other corporations, then lawyers, and maybe at the very end in a few years consumers might be one of those cool $3.73 class action checks in the mail?

  7. My biopharma company has spent about $75,000, his at my site alone, in the last few months because of “tariff surcharges”. Hope Pharma sues too

As far as I’m concerned a tariff is a tax on the consumer not a business so they should get nothing, and we the people should get it. Fuck big business and the administration

So if the companies already passed down the cost of the tariffs to consumers, then they shouldn’t get the refund. We the consumers should get it. Thats our money they are asking for.

  10. Did they increase their costs? If so, fuckem because that means the taxpayers will just be double footing the bill.

  11. OK DHL your next. How about those brokerage fees and tariffs bills you forced me to pay for $30 items.

We have a UPS customs bill that is under dispute because non-tariff items were misclassified as „auto parts“ even though everything was crystal clear and classified. It has been in dispute since early 2025 and last we checked, they were still backlogged until June 2025 and said to stop sending emails. I’d sue too!

  13. I don’t think any company should recover a refund if they raise their prices because they just passed them on to their customers.

  14. I received a text from FedEx literally same afternoon as the Supreme Court decision…for a package delivered in October. I’m not paying it.

And here it is. We pay for the tariffs in the form of price and the corporations get paid back and the American people have no standing to stop themselves from getting double fucked and corporations paid twice, once in fake tariff pricing and now fictional damages.

  16. Interesting. I just filed a claim (and included the invoice) with FedEx asking for a refund of the tariff they billed to me. They responded as if they had no idea what I was taking about.

It is the consumers money! We were the ones who were taxed. All FedEx did was charge us more. Why should they get a refund. The people deserve refunds.

    This country is so fucked.

Are they then going to refund those tariffs back the the customers that they passed them on to? No? Shocker.

didnt they just destroy a bunch of Epstein evidence? maybe they’re looking to be paid for that too.

So they then just get to pocket that money that we all actually paid? Was that the grift all along?

  21. Strange-Effort1305 on

Did they pay the tariffs or are they just more rich men looting our treasury?

  22. I just paid a bill that fedex passed along to me for ordering something outside the country.

Is fedex going to reimburse me???

  23. I just realized something. The current administration will obviously fight this. It’ll be tied in the courts for a while. So when the ruling finally comes out, obviously they’ll appeal it, taking another long time again.

So if by some miracle, the current administration is done and the next admin comes in. It’s effectively the next admin’s job to pay the refunds. Essentially, this administration will get away scott free again.

  24. Never gonna happen, and even if it does, FedEx won’t give it to its customers anyway.

Going to be a lot of money, didn’t we pull in like $20 trillion in tariff “revenue” according to Trump?

  26. MisterSneakSneak on

lol why is everyone happy?? FedEx is suing to get the money back from tariffs. The tariffs that the American public paid for, not the corporations. They are essentially trying to take in the money that ppl paid for. Double dipping folks! Wake up

Aren’t any of you concerned that if or when the tariffs end that businesses are gonna say „fuck you “ and keep prices as they are?
