      The concerning allegation is that multiple sergeants were involved, the sort of mid level officers that would be expected to be leaders and would be capable of bringing subordinates into their schemes.

      There are also the red flags surrounding the constable whose actions kicked off the investigation, as he was behind on taxes on his home and was at risk of having it seized by Mississauga.
