Given that Japan just reelected an Abenomics disciple, I don’t think they mind too much. If you reside in the middle of nowhere, then with the exception of food, electricity and gas, the effects have been limited. Even real estate is still cheap and tourists, which drive up prices, are concentrated in a few places. For Tokyo residents however, the weak Yen has been a disaster (more tourists, more foreign money in real estate, stagnant wages and higher costs)
