      The real losers in tariff wars are usually regular consumers and small businesses. Politicians just use it for messaging.

      It will be hilarious if republicans do decide to send checks out, since Americans are dumb enough to then reward them for it. Democrats may want to be careful what they wish for here.

      Make it $12 Billion Governor, Trump is good for it. Besides the moron doesn’t know numbers that well and he will think 12 is smaller than 8.6.

      The one thing I don’t get about this whole fiasco is how some people are cheering the fact that corporations are starting to demand refunds for tariffs when they just offloaded the cost to consumers. You are essentially cheering on billionaires taking your tax money when they still charged you for the tariffs.
