Ich muss Deutschland in ein paar Monaten verlassen und weiß nicht, was ich tun muss, um meinem Vogel ein neues Zuhause zu geben, da ich ihn nicht mitnehmen kann (er würde im Flugzeug, in dem sich die Haustiere befinden, praktisch erfrieren, und ich habe kein Geld, um ihn unter Quarantäne zu stellen, wenn ich dort ankomme). Ich frage mich, welche Tierheime es im Raum Bayern gibt, in die ich sie geben kann, bzw. wo ich sie privat verkaufen kann, wenn ich sie nicht in ein Tierheim geben kann. Ich liebe sie über alles, aber ich kann sie einfach nicht behalten.

Look for Tierheim or Auffangstation in your area. You will probably have to pay a fee but at least the bird gets to people who know how to deal with it. Do not sell animals!
Google „Tierheim“ + your city if you are looking for an animal shelter. Most will take in birds for a small fee and try to give them a new home.
First look for Tierheim in your area and ask them if they can help. Hope you find shelter for her, she looks nice and lovely.
