      At first I figured they weren’t including Greenland as Denmark. Nope, Denmark not only has never won a gold medal at the winter olympics, but they only have one total medal. A silver in 1998.

      Wow, it’s pretty clear that that map is drawn along lines of economic disparity. Maybe it should read ‚Countries that can afford to win gold medals at the Winter Olympics.‘

      I want to know why argentina or chile hasn’t won one. They have ski resorts and a relatively high HDI
