      Deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison. I don’t think jail time will rehabilitate someone like that.

      So glad she’s healed and has managed to find love and processed her grief but this scum deserves to rot in jail.

      Fucking ridiculous waste of time. 4 years of waiting for 6 digits, only for it be confirmed as soon as the phone was opened, that he was guilty beyond doubt. Un fucking believable.

      My god what do you have to do to get the maximum sentence, it says the judge took the guilty plea into account, but he only plead guilty **after** they got access to his phone which documented his searches and a recording of the incident.

      Wish we could get that long a sentence for all rape and domestic violence cases. We actually need a new way of rehabilitating violent men, there’s so many here.

      I can’t suss out how this man has a partner with a pregnancy at 3 months, when he has been incarcerated longer than this (I think)

      Mind you, I cant understand how he has a partner at all. Men like this never encounter any problems in getting women to love them and it makes me angry and sad. The judge and the police can praise this poor woman here for her bravery in speaking up, but it’s mere lip service. The safety of women is no more protected now than it was before, and won’t be while judges shave years off already inadequate sentences, and in the case of a criminal with a record as long as your arm and an obvious yen for causing harm to society still can rarely bring themselves to impose consecutive sentences.

      WTF was the phone business? Why the fuck couldnt the thing be unlocked? Aren’t there experts in this very thing on every street, never mind employed in AGS?

      I would simply cause that murder and attempted murder of the mother, if your not a medical practitioner, it should be classified as murder and attempted murder.

      A bit more googling and you see he was up for burglary and false imprisonment with a blade + the money laundering.

      „Mental health“ being brought up as an excuse. We need regulations against this it’s stigmatising people who do suffer. Most people who experience extreme distress are more likely to experience violence verses target others
