      The United States failed to issue visas for Belarusian officials to attend the inaugural meeting of President Donald Trump’s „Board of Peace“, despite inviting Belarus to join as a founding member, the country’s foreign ministry said Thursday.

      In an angry statement, the Belarusian foreign ministry said it told the event’s organisers it would be represented by Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov at the meeting and had applied for the visas in advance.

      „However, despite completing all the required procedures on our part, visas were not issued to our delegation,“ the ministry said.

      It’s every weakness of the UN but with added incompetence and corruption. How can the Trump administration try to solve international crises with this board if they can’t even get the people who are supposed to be there past the US border?

      Gosh how do the Belarusians feel about $1bn of their money going to this deal. That’s 1.37% of their GDP. It would be equivalent to USA chipping in $420bn.

      Which, you know, MAGA would be okay with if Trump demanded it.

      Oh I would have assumed the US has open borders with Russia and all of it’s close allies thanks to the current administration. I guess that only applies to spies.

      Why would they want to show up? They paid their bribe. The board has no authority that can’t be overruled by the head executive. What could possibly even be on an agenda given the member nations?

      (Scammer) Visa is not included in the Board of Peace membership. It’s 10 billion per person for the visa (looks at the easy target to see how much more it can scam out of him).
