  1. To the shock of no one who has been paying attention. Someone ask those “Don’t Tread on Me” people why they stay silent when Trump does this shit.

Why not? What’s there to lose? What they can gain objectively offsets any penalties.

Just indicative of a broken system.

  3. TintedApostle on

Of course they did and then Trump sent Tulsi illegally to help the illegal seizure.

Conservatives peacefully sleep as the values they claim to champion are guillotined in the town square.

  5. Doesn’t that render every other action in this fruit of the poisonous tree?

  6. TheHomersapien on

Correct. This it the inevitable and obvious result of the executive branch having immunity from the law. Apparently it is „okay“ because 78 million Americans voted for it.

  7. Nearly_Pointless on

In the current administration, their end goals justify any means.

Not to mention there are zero ramifications to anyone for law breaking, defying court orders and murdering people.

The „FBI“ is a name of an intuition, it can’t mislead – Employees of the FBI sign off on this and executed it. Why don’t we start to name individual employees (who are tax payer funded) that have engaged in this? Then we can hold them accountable. I don’t want my taxes going to right wing scams, carried out by highly paid special agents. I don’t want to pay for a bunch of conspiracy theorist to spend millions of tax payer dollars who are enabled by an army of federal agents.

So who is filing a perjury complaint? Someone has to actually file the complaint, we know damn well the DOJ isn’t going to do it for us

Yet another example of why there needs to be a mass firing within the ranks of the federal government once we retake the WH. Who knows how many maga Nazis have burrowed themselves deep within the numerous agencies, just waiting to sabotage a Democrat in the Oval Office. Not to mention their criming during these 4yrs under Trump cannot simply go unaccounted for. They all need to be fired then prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law…

  11. I seriously wonder how we get out of this without the US dividing. The US federal government is so tarnished they will likely have to rebuild from the ground up.

  12. Courts should no longer take the Federal government’s word at face value. They are nothing but contempt for the rule of law and think they are invincible as long as Trump can pardon them

If they lied to get the subpoena, it seems like the subpoena should be invalid.

After all this, fire all of them and build a new department. Shit is tainted

Step 1: Require passports to vote.

    Step 2: Obtain voter records.

Step 3: A few days before the election, Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, places a „hold“ on all passports of people who voted for Democrats, or who have expressed negative sentiment about ICE, Trump, or Republicans on social media.

Step 4: Declare millions of votes were cast without valid ID, and have the Supreme Court throw them out.

Are we shocked? They lie and aren’t punished each time. Why wouldn’t they keep doing it

Cool… will there be any consequences for lying to a judge? Why shouldn’t they lie if they know they won’t get in trouble?

  18. > On January 28, 2026, the U.S. Department of Justice obtained a search warrant unprecedented in American history **to seize the original—and only—copy** of Fulton County’s 2020 election records

    > Despite years of investigations of the 2020 election, **the Affidavit does not identify facts that establish probable cause that anyone committed a crime.**

That seems like some major bs to be able to take the only official record leaving no way to check when//how/if it was altered while in their possession.

  19. The FBI seizing voting records and removing all voting anonymity should be the final straw in the online voting debate.

The rule of law only applies to the poor. We’ve known this for ages, why is anyone surprised?

  21. This is a watergate level scandal.

Unfortunately Republicans have no shame. Worse, republicans are cheering and celebrating the illegality.

Party of “Law & Order” folks. Once again just a bunch of hypocrites and liars.

Look at how they’re completely fine with this. Republicans have no real morals or values.

I’m tired of saying “cool, dems should do something about it.” And hearing how they simply can’t do anything. So, instead I’ll ask, what are the Democratic Party leaderships plans to enforce or prosecute all of these apparent illegalities when and if they come back to power? Having a concrete and communicable plan for all of this corruption appears completely within their power, and would be a helpful campaigning tool.
