      He died December 12, 2025 in his New York apartment. There’s no information about how it happened.

      There’s a major artery within the shoulder/armpit area – the axillary artery. He probably went fast, but that’s a horrible way out.

      I guess if there’s anything to glean from this, it’s that the hero wound in the movies isn’t real. Getting shot or stabbed in the shoulder can kill you in a couple of minutes.

      I still remember him as the villain from The Mask. He was fantastic in that and somehow managed to hold his own opposite Jim Carrey at Peak Carrey. Never could figure out why his career didn’t massively take off.

      I’m sure all the rational people on the internet will accept this finding and not resort to Conspiracy Theories. What would he be doing with a gun out in his appartment, anyway?

      That is terribly sad. We just don’t know the troubles others have going on behind closed doors. It is so heartbreaking. I loved his work.

      It’s situations like this that always make me think about the statistic that you are more likely to be shot owning a gun than if you don’t own a gun. Which is somewhat counterintuitive, because you would expect the opposite due to being able to defend yourself from other people.
