That was a scare. I was expecting Canada to win by 2 or 3 goals was not expecting Chechnya to play so well against us and almost stole this game. I hope we wake up for the next game.

I always told my wife I’m a jinx to my teams. I turned it on at 1-1 and Czechia immediately scored. I turned it off at 3-2 and there you have it. I’ll try not to watch the rest of the games lol.

The refs need to pick up some slack, letting 6 Czechs on the ice to score the third goal almost gave me a heart attack

Very close, happy we won and hopefully Crosby is okay, some of those hits looked painful.
Czechia has 6 players on the ice when Palat scored the 3rd goal. I saw a photo online which I didn’t believe, but just rewatched my recording of the goal and sure enough there were 6 white jerseys. 4 down by the goal line and 2 by their blue line when the shot was blocked to start the rush. After the goal there are 6 Czech players hugging along the boards. Incredible no one has noticed and the media is yet to report it.
