I was just in Cancun with my spouse a couple weeks ago. Very lovely place with beautiful scenery and wonderful people, also was surprised that the majority of fellow travelers were Canadian and the few Americans I did encounter seemed like they wanted to keep a low profile and not stand out. Would definitely recommend.
