Those poor children
Edit: Damn…. All I said was „poor children“ since I feel bad for them. I guess the downvotes think we shouldn’t feel bad for children if their parents are pieces of shit.

Are there any data how ended for isis families? Did many nations let them to come back?
I think Iraqi government should send them to rebuild Ashur, Nineveh and other destroyed archeological sites.

If these are the women going to join islamists on their own then fuck them. Sad for the kids who didn’t choose this and honestly unsure how to handle them. Deny the mothers and take the kids? Would that be for the better? Would that be legal? Regardless. It is what it is. No sympathy for extremists.

i’ve watched some interviews with western women who were isis brides and ended up at Al-Hawl
its pretty interesting, most seem to be in serious denial about their how serious their crimes are (owning slaves as an example) and feel wronged by their home countries for not immediately bringing them home, almost as if they are the victims
what I found most telling is that a lot were given the option to have their young children go back home and most of the women refused, my assumption being that using them as bargaining chip was more important than getting them to safety
in this case- good for Australia

Their beliefs are incompatible with our way of life.
If the Islamic state were successful, they would not be wanting to come „home“.

What is the legal basis for Australia refusing entry to Australian citizens? Whatever you think of these specific cases, it seems a bad idea to let the government just say we are to ignore their constitutional rights because we feel like it. They should be tried for their crimes. Or a law should be passed specifically exiling them with their names or details
