      If detained by ICE, immediately call 911 because first responders‘ accounts are stronger testimony than eyewitnesses, and their documentation protocols are more established and thorough than ICE agents.

      There’s an easy solution to this. If any ICE agent detains or harms any US citizen for more than a cursory Id check then they are personally responsible for any criminal and civil repercussions.

      Why are cops not arresting these asshole ICE agents? This is an outrage. They have no right to do what they did. They profiled her and got it all wrong. You also don’t treat anyone like that to start with………………

      Rights that are reserved for US citizens:

      Voting

      Running for federal office

      Serving on a jury

      Every other right in the Constitution/Bill of Rights applies to all people on US soil.

      And this is why it is legitimate to run from ICE. They are terrorizing people and have in instances injured and killed people for no justifiable reason.

      The ACLU better be prepping the largest class action suit in the history of justice systems around the world. Every cent of the $75B that the DHS appropriated for ICE needs to be handed over to the countless families and persons that they have terrorized over the past 13 months.

      I want to add that many undocumented immigrants have voluntarily left the US and there just isn’t enough criminal undocumented immigrants to fill their quota. They are going to need to fill those warehouses with someone…
