      I’ve worked with this kind of data before. What it will reveal is fraud being committed at the provider level, especially the institutional level. The states, insurers, and private audit contractors, and OIG are already reviewing this data, so it’s unlikely there will be any significant results from “crowdsourcing” the data, especially because the mere data alone isn’t enough to make a determination of fraud.

      What it will do is enable fake right-wing investigators to find patterns in the data they don’t understand, claim fraud on Fox/OANN/Newsmax (especially by “illegals”) and disappear two weeks later after the damage has been done and their claims have been disproven.

      😏 Me, when after seeing the information everyone else figures out that most Medicaid fraud isn’t in the recipients who use it, it’s the companies and providers who bill for reimbursement of services, like MCO’s and health services companies.
