As someone originally from Louisiana, those crawfish are delicious! It’s time to teach the locals how to hold a crawfish boil. If there’s enough people of French ancestry up there, they might appreciate a recipe for Crawfish Étouffée. Having man as a predator should slow down their spread.

All it takes is opening one’s eyes and being willing to collect data in order to help protect the environment. One can find patches of native species that need help staying someplace as well as identifying problem species that cause damage. Good on this kid for helping.
