Mein Sohn und ich sind beide süchtig nach Ihrem köstlichen Roggenbrot, und bis wir unser Lieblingsbrot hier in Stockholm kaufen konnten – Sinuhe Jälkiuuni Ruisneppari. Leider scheinen sie eingestellt worden zu sein, also suchen wir jetzt nach einem Ersatz.
Finnisches Brot ist hier schwer zu bekommen, also dachte ich, ich würde es mal versuchen, bei zu bestellen suomikauppa.fiund wäre sehr dankbar, wenn mir jemand einen kleinen Rat geben könnte: Welche Marke/Sorte würde unserem geliebten Sinuhe am nächsten kommen? (Was wir suchen, ist die leicht ledrige Konsistenz, die gleichzeitig trocken und feucht ist, wenn das Sinn macht?)
EDIT: Wow, vielen Dank für so viele Antworten in so kurzer Zeit! Ich hätte wahrscheinlich hinzufügen sollen, dass die online verfügbaren Marken Fazer, Vaasan und Oululainen sind.

If they have Ruthin Ruis 100, try those. They are softer than Sinuhe, but taste similar.
I, too, have been missing Sinuhe nepparit. Since then I’ve discovered Sitkas brand which are a pretty damn good substitute. Not exactly the same but do the job wonderfully

Sinuhe as a bakery went under in December, so the bread itself wasn’t discontinued, just all the baking of it was ceased.Â
The consistency is the product of being „jälkiuuni“, but other than that, you’ll have to find which you like best.
Oululainen jälkiuunileipä is probably not similar, according to the ingredients. But otherwise it is highly recommended if you’re into „real“ rye bread.

Vaasan ohut herkku are really good, they are tougher version of the Hatting rågbitar you shoud find somewhere there too.
