Tori is mainly a Finland consumer-to-consumer market, its lot like eBay.

Basically it is only tied to its own systems, and Tori is really only for the Finnish folks because a lot of items people meet up for trade unless it has toridille active.
Postage from Finland to EU countries isn’t cheap like DHL etc
