      Brazil has a very strong domestic market, charts are heavily dominated by Brazilian artists.

      My guess as to why they picked him for a sport predominantly watched by old white men is because they want to dip into the hispanic viewerbase that isn’t watching it because they don’t like American football.

      He did a great job though and some racist fans cannot accept that.

      I was quite surprised that it’s in 5th place in Brazil, right now I googled it, on Spotify Top Brazil and he shows at 14. That’s still huge for a Spanish language artist.

      And the list is also terrifying, bunch of randoms I had never heard of that sound AI generated (but are actually real people, voices just have very shitty effect).

      Edit: On Deezer, he reached 3rd place, also the songs sound a lot more normal instead of batshit insane autotuned crap.
