I’m not actually sure if he hit him or not. Hard to tell with unknown distance although someone with better understanding of the reticle can maybe range that.
Unsure on scope power and which focal plane but Kentucky windage guesstimation I would say around 300 or so meters based on body height. Shot placement looked like hit him low center mass which is why RPG on right folded up like a book.
Caveman ballistics if shooting 5.56 62gr zeroed at 65/185m, a 300m shot would be around 12″ low, point of aim was near shoulder height so low center mass would be about right for impact location.
