Can anyone speculate on the „modified“ aspect on the handgun? I’m sure it could technically mean a lot of things, but the fact the RCMP deliberately state it, my mind goes toward an increased fire-rate?
Not to add the issue of guns onto a national tragedy, but I hope the liberals don’t use this is reason to add even more guns to the ban list
