She’s guilty that’s why she did all of that yelling because she know what she’s doing is wrong

  2. Kimmel is missing that her performance is also for teaching the base how to remain defiant, aggressive, and cunning in their loyalty, no matter what. It’s code, and not for the general public’s understanding

    „This isn’t a game, Secretary“

    „I’m attorney general“

    „My apologies I couldn’t tell.“

  4. Bondi and Leavitt are among the most reprehensible people on the planet, working for the most reprehensible person on the planet.

  5. It truly was a spectacular attempt at public asskissing, if ever there was one.

She even praised trump for rallying the stock market…as if THAT had any relevance to the hearing.

As a Canadian, I’ve had the pleasure of never having heard Bondi speak until yesterday. What immediately struck me was that she sounded like an extra from the move Spring Breakers.

They made more effort at hiding the names of non victims than hiding the victims names.

It’s like when a shoplifter (an actual one, not a perceived one) gets all mouthy and makes a scene when accused of shoplifting by security or management.

They do it because they think it’ll work and allow them to leave without facing consequences.

Unfortunately, it often works, unless they are caught red handed with hard evidence, because saving face in public, as well as ensuring matters don’t escalate into violence and harm to others, is more important than pursuing justice, at least in that particular moment.

However, we can’t let this administration get away with this shit. It’s one thing to just “let things slide” regarding theft of goods (diamond rings, Rolex watches, expensive steaks, etc.); it’s a whole other matter to let liberty, justice, and democracy be taken from us.

Some things are worth fighting for, even when it makes us feel uncomfortable. Civility towards authoritarianism isn’t civility. It’s submission.

The article states that she melted due to the grilling, does that make her a “Pammy Melt”?

She’s just following the same script as Karoline Leavitt and all the others: Never answer any real questions, only reply with outrage that the person asking is stupid/unqualified/deranged for not praising Trump, and then deflect to how well this Golden Age is going for corporations and billionaires.

It takes a special kind of evil to steer a conversation about child rape and trafficking, to the New York Stock Exchange numbers.
