Die japanische Polizei erhält nur eine geringe Ausbildung im Umgang mit Schusswaffen und ist oft schlecht für den Einsatz dieser Waffen in angespannten Situationen gerüstet. Ein Polizist aus Chiba musste einmal 13 Mal auf einen Hund schießen, um zu verhindern, dass dieser einen Mann angriff.

It came as a surprise to me that Japanese police carry firearms until I saw it on the Japanese news. Usually it’s just portrayed that they don’t.
I guess it’s a natural feeling of not wanting another America.
I guess US cops can share a lesson or so. They are sooo experienced in using firearms
Did they use a mini machine gun or what ? How can you tap a dog 13 times to stop it ?
I thought they carried 38 special revolvers? (As in 6 rounds) Or am I behind in the times
