Totally not fake reviews, no sirree bob, nothing to see here.

Not that I had a lot of faith in RT anymore, but my God what a mountain to die on.

This is obviously a case of selection bias idk why everyone is insisting the reviews are fake. It’s just like cinescores, it’s just based on who is buying tickets for these movies in the first place. Obviously anyone who would buy a ticket and actually watch Melania has already decided ahead of time to like it

Not gonna lie, I don’t look at user scores on just about any site for any media. They are so incredibly easily manipulated, and it’s almost always swayed by people who want to clown on something that doesn’t fit their sensibilities. Critics generally lauded The Last of Us 2, but I’m sure many people remember how it was trashed by right-wing/conservatives for being „woke“.

  4. Why would rotten tomatoes defend obvious bot reviews? I checked RT and the reviews were so obviously fake. 99% positive while critics gave it 7% and we all know it was bribe trash.

Wait it dropped 67% from last weekend? Where it made 7 million?

With a 40 million dollar plus 35 million dollar marketing budget?

This was also used in Living Fantasyland, the Michael Jackson hoax show in 2019 and many didn’t notice. They’re just rotten tomatoes.

  7. Rotten Tomatoes is dead to me as a rating system. I mean, I really didn’t trust them too much to begin with. But this shit seals the deal.
