Hallo zusammen! Ja, ein weiterer Parkverstoß, allerdings mit einer Wendung.
Letzten Sommer war ich geschäftlich im Zentrum (18 Uhr) und habe auf einem privaten Firmenparkplatz geparkt. Habe eine Geldstrafe von 60 Euro erhalten.
(Meines Wissens ohne MP-Parkplatz, überall möglich, sofern nicht aufgeführt, reserviert)
Wie auch immer, ich bestreite das Ticket über mehrere Monate hinweg, die Privatfirma und ich, bis sie mir eine Antwort mit einem Angebot schicken "Das finnische Straßenverkehrsgesetz".
Mein Mopo ist nach diesem Gesetz ein Auto…
Ok, aber was hat das mit dem Parken auf einem von der Firma xyz kontrollierten Parkplatz zu tun? Die Vereinbarung von xyz ist ein Vertrag zwischen ihnen und dem Komplexmanager.
Beim Parken auf diesem Parkplatz gibt es ein Schild, auf dem unten in kleinen Buchstaben steht: "Wenn Sie hier parken, akzeptieren Sie die Bedingungen"

Well you parked there, right? The sign does not say parking here with your car indicates acceptance of the terms.
With mopo i think you can park on sidewalks (if it does not interfere with other traffic) so you should have done that.
Had you paid for the parking, though?

The term indicates that any parking makes the clause applicable. It doesnt differentiate between cars or mopeds. You are wrong.

You can park mopo the same way as a bicycle. But in this case as you have parked your mopo to a parking lot, you have agreed to said rules. You need to pay the ticket.
In the future don’t ever park your mopo to pay lots, just park it anywhere you would park your bicycle.

???, you parked in a private parking spot, did not pay to park there and now you try to dispute the ticket because you parked with a moped?

I always wondered does a parking Time disc thats says attaching anything to my car makes you agree to play 100€ to me for a usage of wiper fee since that is about as legally binding as that sign right? Anyone here to clear this up for me
There might be a clause that you need a special parking badge whenever parking on some companys spot if it’s not reserved for customers.
This is kinda confusing, but if your moped was a car, would it have been parked properly? Also you could park mopeds anywhere you could park a bicycle, but you dont have to.
