Notice its down as a license agreement not a tenancy even though it involves exclusive use of a property all so that no tenancy protections for the renter and then limited to 6 months to prevent part 4 kicking in and allowing for unlimited tenure and having actual tenancy rights because they know it would easily be argued this is actually a tenancy agreement not a license agreement.

The cottage in question. Given the house recently underwent a massive renovation and was on the market for $7.5 mill, the cottage is likely really nice inside.
$1000 a month, plus a bit of gardening here and there is a good deal for Killiney.
Problem is that a lot of Redditors aren’t exactly green-fingered and would regarding pruning a few bushes as akin to purgatory, so they’re gonna regard it poorly. But for anyone who likes gardening, which is a lot of people, it’s a bargain.
