I wonder if it was the [switchyard for CHP](https://www.google.com/maps/place/52%C2%B044'53.7%22N+32%C2%B015'21.3%22E) or the [switching centre](https://www.google.com/maps/place/52%C2%B043'21.3%22N+32%C2%B015'04.9%22E)/substation? I can’t find a standalone substation. Were they also targetting the [CHP](https://www.google.com/maps/place/52%C2%B045'00.1%22N+32%C2%B015'17.0%22E) but fail to get through?

If they make a return visit, there is also a [fuel store](https://www.google.com/maps/place/52%C2%B044'11.2%22N+32%C2%B014'18.2%22E) in Klintsy, and not far away is [substation](https://www.google.com/maps/place/52%C2%B048'08.6%22N+32%C2%B013'27.1%22E) for nearby Chemerna.
