its going to be pretty interesting to see how this starlink outage affects Russian C&C. It’s impacting mostly their mid level officer corps and their communication with higher ranking command units, so if some soldiers munity on the front and ice a junior officer, then it becomes a game of he said/he said as to who did it if the front line officer can’t report it immediately. It’s a real shit situation to be in to be on the front, and not able to be in consistent contact up the command chain. It has a tangible impact on unit initiative and cohesion
