Ich war gerade in Ljubljana und habe im Eurostars Grand Hotel Union übernachtet. Wenn Sie von der Rezeption aus nach rechts abbiegen, finden Sie einen Saal mit gerahmten Autogrammen früherer berühmter Gäste des Hotels. Eine davon stammte vom berüchtigten ehemaligen Prinz Andrew, Herzog von York.
Ich glaube nicht wirklich, dass es dorthin gehört. Ich habe einem der Mitarbeiter meine Bedenken mitgeteilt, aber vielleicht aufgrund der Sprachbarriere oder der Tatsache, dass sie die Nachrichten wahrscheinlich nicht verfolgen oder keine Ahnung haben, wer die Person ist, ist nichts passiert.
Irgendwie hat es mein Gasterlebnis etwas seltsam gemacht. Ich habe ständig darüber nachgedacht, ob ich im selben Zimmer wie er wohne und ob er minderjährige Frauen bei sich im selben Hotelzimmer hätte haben können.
Wie auch immer, wenn jemand aus diesem Forum ihm sagen könnte, er solle es entfernen, wäre das großartig. Ich denke, kein Hotel sollte stolz darauf sein, dass Herr Mountbatten-Windsor dort übernachtet hat.
Übertreibe ich? Oder soll es als historisches Andenken dort bleiben? Ich weiß es nicht wirklich.

It’s unfortunate and gross (edit: and I agree they should remove it!) but I’m willing to bet they had no idea what you were talking about. The concern about him having underage girls in the room seems like a bit much though tbh – that would have been pretty brazen on what was probably some form of state visit
They should probably remove that, yes.
But at the same time, you’re definitely overreacting. Why would someone staying at the same hotel as you almost two decades ago change your experience in any way?
If you follow that logic, you could get offended every day because some bad person once drove on the same street as you.
I guarantee you the employees don’t even know who that guy is neither average Slovenian, so chill out and enjoy xD
