  1. First question: Was the sink left running after the sex worker was solicited?

    Answer: No

    Case dismissed!!!!

  2. Wasn’t he taken off of a project because of this? If so, that’s rather unfortunate.

The defendant did what he was supposed to do,” a representative for the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office told TMZ. “He completed his education class and earned a dismissal. This is our standard disposition for first-time prostitution offenses.”

So he was guilty, but being a first time (caught) offender, he was allowed to take an education class and get it dismissed.

I do find this kind of shitty that it’s been broadcast around the world and effectively fucked his life up as a result.

So what if he tried to pay for sex ffs, so many people do it, even the people who arrested him or passed judgment

Yea but so what? The damage is done, he lost business opportunities and $$$ payouts.

  7. The case was dismissed because he had proved himself with an alibi that he was indeed Home Alone.

Was everyone involved an adult? If so, I could not care less about this non-crime.

  10. Poor guy, what a load of bullshit. Cops are still wasting tax payer money busting people for busting’.  Going for the easy targets to bulk up their quotas instead of gangsters and violent creeps

Reading the article, he was caught in a sting operation. So he didn’t even get to fuck.

  12. Good, prostitution shouldn’t be illegal and it’s frustrating that this negatively affected his career. Hope he bounces back.
