      Not surprising. India’s priority is energy security and affordability, not making symbolic gestures that hurt its own economy. Most countries would do the same in their position.

      What’s more hilarious is in Trump’s post he claimed that India would halt it’s oil imports from Russia and instead import energy , coal. agriculture worth 500 billion dollars from US and potentially Venezuela.

      ( India’s annual Oil import is around 120 to 130 billion US dollars approx )

      Moreover Trump’s Press Secratary Karoline leavitt said that India has agreed to invest 500 billion dollars in US as part of the deal .

      we’ve gotten to the point where the current U.S admin will make up a lie and use it to score a cheap win with their voter base, This is literally what they do in Russia, which is pretty ironic given the topic.
