      To be clear this is a company trying to exceed required arsenic limits in their metals. I have no sympathy for a company that refuses to invest because they have limits on their ability to poison workers

      This is blackmail pure and simple, and an attempt to scare people into submission because of the risk of losing jobs.

      Well guess what? People in Rouyn-Norando have finally understood that no amount of money is worth having kids with extremely high level of Arsenic in their bodies, leading to potential shorter life expectancies.

      Let’s say the smelter shuts down, it really isn’t feasible to hit even 15ng/m3 let alone 3ng. What does that bode for hopes of critical minerals being processed here? Poorly I’d wager.
