      Toronto and Durham have the most corrupt police services in the GTA. Not that surprised unfortunately.

      York and Peel have significantly better police services from my experience. They should be given Toronto police’s $1.43 billion budget.

      I guess I can wait until 10am news conference tomorrow but I can’t connect the dots. Trafficking what? Leaking whose address to hitmen? How does it relate to tow trucks and violence?
