The event was held at the [National Folk Museum of Korea](https://maps.app.goo.gl/R86PDn9Ro6naDebE6) in Seoul. The ceremony consists of traditional rituals and calligraphy celebrating Ipchun (입춘, 立春), the traditional solar term that marks the beginning of spring. During the ceremony, calligraphers write Ipchun talismans (입춘첩, 立春帖, Ipchunjeop) with auspicious phrases such as ‘Ipchun Daegil’ (입춘대길, 立春大吉, Great fortune at the start of spring) and ‘Geonyang Dagyeong’ (건양다경, 建陽多慶, Rising positive energy brings many blessings). They are traditionally displayed on doors to invite good luck, health, and prosperity for the year.
