As a romanian, by Asian I understand of east asians – china, vietnam, indonesia, japan, mongolia, the central asian countries, or to, sound more racist and clearly defined – slinted eyes, „the yellow skins“, usually non-muslim (culture, and looks also mater)
Other Asians, which I would not automatically thought of if they would ‚ve asked me the question: indians, Bangladeshis, the southern central stans (Pakistani, Afghan) + Iran, and last subgroup—the Middle Eastern countries.
If Romanians thought mostly like me, I would’be also agreed that east asians (+central asian „stans“ countries) as a general rule are considered safer, and more easy to integrate with, unlike people from other parts of asia
